- SDSelect DemoApr 24, 20261.0**EDIT** turns out the postman stole a FedEx package from within our mailbox and held it hostage until we paid the extortion fee of $7 to get it back, a package that the USPS did not ship! Rude criminals! We've lived in Monticello for 4+ years and never has a package been delivered to our house when it is required of our postman. Everytime the postman leave a orange tag in our mailbox claiming the 1st attempt has been attempted which is a lie. I was here all day and need my package but instead, like always, I need to pick-up the package (basically deliver the package to myself). The Postmaster of this location sucks. Many complaints have been made on this and in one ear and out the other. Pathetic.

- PLPaul LarcomNov 5, 20251.0I used to get my packages at the Becker MN post office before they closed it down and now I have to pick them up at the post office in monticello. Several times I've tried to pick up my packages at this post office and was told they weren't there or that they were at the becker post office that isn't around anymore. I was very nice about it and I finally I found out that they were there, to which the male postman who works there started arguing with me about it and blamed me for all this when he's supposed to be handing out people's mail when they come for it. I didn't realize his job was somehow my responsibility. Is it really to much to ask for a little professionalism from the United States Post Office??
- BSBrianna SmithlingJul 20, 20241.0Would give less if possible. My packages are NEVER delivered to my address. 2 years now I've had to reorder or track down my own packages because they would get misdelivered and I would get told it's not their problem. Worst post office ever!
