This entity is incredibly rude. I had several packages delivered to my address that were not mine. My regular mail delivered correctly in my box with a key also inside for a parcel box. When I opened this parcel box there were 3 packages with different names and addresses on them NONE of which were mine. So, I brought them into the Monticello Post Office near where I work to be sure the correct people would receive them. (Being I live in a townhome association, and I am not a postal carrier, I was not comfortable just leaving them on their property, further more, it is not my responsibility to drive around delivering packages CORRECTLY for the USPS while too accountability is needed as this happens too often.) Getting to the point - the staff at the Monticello Post office were less than friendly about it, would not provide any proof these packages were no longer in my possession, scolded me for taking a picture of me leaving them there, and behaved as if it was an incredible work load for themselves to put these packages back into the stream of delivery and delivered correctly. YOU ARE THE USPS! Your job, not mine. One would think you would be appreciative of one going out of their way to clean up your mess and be sure these packages are delivered correctly and to the people they are addressed to. Way to go Monticello Post office. Epic fail and ZERO quality customer care.

I used to get my packages at the Becker MN post office before they closed it down and now I have to pick them up at the post office in monticello. Several times I've tried to pick up my packages at this post office and was told they weren't there or that they were at the becker post office that isn't around anymore. I was very nice about it and I finally I found out that they were there, to which the male postman who works there started arguing with me about it and blamed me for all this when he's supposed to be handing out people's mail when they come for it. I didn't realize his job was somehow my responsibility. Is it really to much to ask for a little professionalism from the United States Post Office??

I could not be MORE disappointed in the mail delivery service to our home. It seems like the full time assigned carrier on our route goes out of their way to find reasons to NOT deliver our mail. It is really getting old.

This post office has got to be one of the most negligent places of "business" I have ever dealt with. Multiple times I have waited on packages that were supposed to be delivered that never arrived, yet they claimed they were delivered to my front door/porch. When speaking with the so-called head postmaster about the constant problems/issues, he has been very rude and places the blame on me for the packages not being delivered. I have lost hundreds of dollars worth of packages that never got delivered properly because nothing ever gets done about the incompetence of this post office.

So 2 days ago we found 4 pieces of mail in the snowbank that was melting away including tab renewal and insurance bill that had been in the snow for a while. Then we get this jem on our cameras where they just dropped my package out the window half way up my driveway. I know my driveway can be tough in the spring, but leave a note to come pick it up instead of just yeeting it out the window in a random spot in the driveway. They have left that note before.
