Literally every single time I come in here, he is arguing with someone about something and telling them they can't ship stuff and turning them away. I started having problems with him, making up his own policies, so I started going to a different location to ship and haven't had any problems since.

- NRNashaly RiveraJan 13, 20261.0I work nearby at a law firm and always mail stuff out to my clients. We have a business card and I usually just type it in manually, its never been an issue. Today, I was dropping off a flashdrive i was mailing to a client and was not allowed to do what I usually do. The employee helping me told the store owner that usually thats not allowed due to costs to the store and the store owner said it was fine with her as long as I had an ID. I explained to the employed this was a business card and so, it has no name just the business name. He said they wouldn't be able to do it. This wouldn't be an issue if I hadn't been coming to this store for years to send things to clients. Ive had this same interaction with the store owner and she's never had an issue. I think had the employee been more polite and listened to what I was saying, it would have been fine. This UPS store is about 2 minutes from my office and I will be driving out 10 minutes to the next one.
