I heard Ryan tell a women she would need to come back another day because they were too busy to ship her order (no one in the store). Another time when I visited, the employee was so visibly frustrated by 2 people in the store at once that they locked the door behind us (2 hours before closing). Choose another location. These people are clearly to overwhelmed to help customers.

Was supposed to be there on Monday. Did not arrive until Thursday. Wasn't weather related it was miss sorted. Expensive envelope at $150, they refused to credit any of the amount back.
