To all reading this review I am Dr. Allie's wife, and I can tell you with complete confidence that working with Practice Brokers was the best thing we could do. The process took some time because it was very thorough. Their experience made for less stress and a smooth closing and transition into retirement. You were always accessible for questions and replied/resolved all of my personal concerns as mine were different than Dr. Dave's. I really appreciate you helping me through those Kathy. They are wonderful communicators, problem solvers and even hand holders...LOL. As any sale/closing goes there are obstacles to overcome. They took them one at a time and had us all working together. They made the entire process easy to navigate and believe it or not it was even a lot of fun. I recommend them without hesitation.

Working through the pain was extremely difficult and I needed to sell quickly. After doing a lot of research, I chose Practice Brokers to help guide me through this journey. Jerry (Broker) and Kathy (Attorney) made this process extremely easy. It was evident that were very experienced as the process ran was like a well-oiled machine. They appraised the clinic at a fair price and were upfront and direct – No Fluff. I appreciated how they responded to the phone calls and emails immediately. I thought that selling a clinic with 4 chiropractors and 2 massage therapists would take at least a year although had my clinic sold within six months. Jerry not only met with the prospective buyers, but he also took time to meet with their family members explaining each of the steps. Selling my clinic was emotional and not what I wanted to do, but Practice Brokers made it easier on me. I would recommend them to anyone looking for an ethical, prompt, and honest broker.

They will do an evaluation and provide realistic values for your practice, equipment, and building if you have one. I worked with Practice Brokers Inc. because I knew they were committed to make something happen and at the same time be truthful with me.. I lived in a small town and Practice Brokers Inc took all the worries away from my wife and I and successfully sold our practice for a realistic figure instead of a pie in the sky amount that one would never receive. A lot of brokers will try to inflate the value of things to get you to sign a contract with them and I must say Jerry and Kathy kept everything real and the closing went so smooth and transition period was also awesome. I wanted the buyer to be successful like I was and the match they found was so good that many of my former patients say there was not hardly any difference between me and the new doctor who bought my practice. On top of that Jerry and Kathy will offer advice on different things a person should be doing when in practice or at least consider when looking to sell. I know there was more than one time when I thought there might be a problem with something so I would seek their advice and they were so reassuring that there wasn't any thing to be worried about at all. Also there were a lot of times when we might think of a question to ask one of them and Heather, Jerry, and Kathy were always willing to give us a truthful answer. Jerry always told me there was no such thing as a dumb question and I am glad about that because I peppered them many times with questions that came about from me just over thinking things. Another thing that sets them apart from others is they maintain a high level of honesty and integrity and they will guide you along the way while giving you advice that is worth more than money can buy.
