- SJSarah JeromeJan 5, 20261.0Horrible experience. Ordered prints online, uploaded my documents and the preview showed what I wanted. When I went to pick them up, they were printed incorrectly. The customer service rep at the counter was smug and pleased with himself as he attempted to blame me for their mistake. His preview was different than mine - doesn't matter, I still paid for incorrect work and left with nothing. He was not interested in being kind or helpful at all, only interested in being right and telling me how I was wrong. Hope you're happy, I'll never print anything there again. Good job.

The line gradually got longer. There were three staff answering phones, doing things on computer and packing boxes. I prefer to go to UPS store where they can do the exact same services but you get quicker service.

Mitchell was about to head out and didn’t have to help but went out of his way to make it happen. Both him and Raph were very helpful and just went above and beyond and had such a great attitude.
