  Would not risk printing anything you need on any sort of timeline here. I ordered a two page dress pattern on Saturday and it should have been done Sunday evening. It’s now Wednesday evening, I had to show up in person and it hadn’t even been printed. The entire printing area is a disaster, and they were getting calls the entire time about orders that weren’t ready. Won’t be back.

  Manager went above and beyond. I got there 10 minutes before they closed and the manager helped my with my print project that ended up taking about 15 minutes past the stores close time. He didn't even work in the print station but made sure my project was done correctly

  Bad service, employee didn't know how to do simple edits to a document and wanted to charge me extra to flounder around in Microsoft Publisher, went to Office Depot down the road instead to print what I needed.

  Terrible customer service! I went to get a small job printed and right away the customer service rep said, "We can't do that." He provided no solution, except when he told me to go up the street to FedEx/Kinko's.
