  Horrible place . General manager in Minnetonka location. I feel discrimination, treated different than other people because I from different country. I waited half an hour come back three times. Still no copy of my picture. It’s a shame.

  I have been increasingly disappointed with their Ipostal mail department. Today, they were the most unorganized group of people/ system I have EVER experienced. Why the nasty review. . . because they "lost" an item I had delivered to my mailbox. Maybe I should have just went with the Amazon lockers instead. Actually that's exactly what I'm going to do from on. After you find my item, Staples, you will not have to interact with me again. UPDATE: Went back try again, less crazy in the store. Found my Amazon package. Thank you!! Still won't go back or recommend this store for anything. I will also be moving my mail delivery service elsewhere

  My wife ordered Christmas Cards advertised as a next day service. She Recieved an email saying they would be done the next day, we drove 30 min. To pick (2 days later than advertised). We are now nearly 2 weeks later, no cards, no idea of when they will be ready. Absolute joke, if Staples wants to run a promotion make sure your stores are equipped to execute. Let me know when my blasted cards are ready. Thank you.

  No one there to help you. 2 cashier guys but that's about it. Thank goddess I know what I was looking for already but unfortunately they didn't have it either didn't bother to ask the two guys at the register to check bc you can just tell by the atmosphere it was not friendly. I just ordered it off Amazon lol. I should of known better.
