- KHKeith HendricksonApr 24, 20264.0The building is mostly unmarked, so you wouldn't think it's a post office. Down the street is a large building in USPS looking branding, but it's a private business. So it's a little hard to find. The line was non-existent. Staff was as friendly as you could expect a bored federal employee to be. Overall, I recommend this location. They should add a sign though.

- CGcara garfieldApr 2, 20261.0Worst customer service. Had a horrible experience mailing my wedding invitations. Came in to buy stamps for wedding invites. Gentleman recommended 2 ounce stamps. Purchased them for about $80. Came back with invitations. Was told they needed a non machinable stamp, not just the two ounce. Asked if we could hand cancel, was told no. Purchased an additional $100 in stamps. Redid the invites, came back, was told they would be run through the machine, despite the non machine stamp they had. Had us hand cancel them ourselves!!! Though one day prior they said that was not an option. Brought them back up to a different person working when we were done and he asked why we had canceled them when they have a non machine stamp… because your colleague just told us we had to???? Go to any other post office or better yet just don’t use the US postal service in general.

- HFHaley FernandesDec 6, 20255.0Strange to be leaving a review for a post office lol but I just HAVE to give credit to the manager, Danette. I came in because my tracking # stated my package was delivered, but I hadn’t received it yet. Danette was immediately on top of it. Her communication was AMAZING! She immediately looked into it and even sent a mail man to my house personally within 10 minutes. Truly shocked at the level of care & customer service she showed me. Long story short - it was MY mistake. I apologized but Danette brushed it off and said she was just happy i had my package. Wow! Big huge kudos to Danette and my post man. I will make sure to pay it forward to him for my mistake.
