    Drop boxes were taped shut, but there was no problem handing in my prepaid return at the counter. No line at the time and everything was handled quickly and professionally.

    Poor service the brown-skinned employee Katherine has no way of talking to people she is talking to you and she does not look you in the eyes and makes her ugly gestures that make you feel uncomfortable it seems that they have her working there service 0/10

    This location is often pretty busy, so plan on spending 15-20 minutes here if you need counter service. The reason that motivated me to write a review was my experience today with Koko - she really uplifted my day and was such a positive person. I hope she is recognized for her service and help.

    1 star because although the manager eventually provided me with a printed copy showing where my package was delivered and who signed for it—which helped me recover my order—the interaction itself was very disappointing. When I was asking questions about a misdelivered package, I felt dismissed and the communication came across as rude and unhelpful. This was already a stressful situation, and a more respectful and informative approach would have made a big difference. I appreciate getting the information in the end, but customer service needs improvement.
