- JWJulie WuApr 15, 20261.0I avoided going there whenever possible. Instead, I go to maple grove or golden vally post office. If I need to drop off a few packages (with prepaid labels), every time they acted like I am a big burden to them because they need to do “quite a few” scans. It seems that they don’t want any work.

I had a really frustrating experience as I approached the counter, his attitude was disrespectful and unprofessional. He came off as rude right away and made me feel like I was bothering him just by asking for help. Marcus would toss my papers and licences over the counter as if I was beneath him. Cursing and talking down to me. I would've talk to the manager but seems like this disgusting culture runs at this location. The way he spoke was very condescending, like he was talking down to me instead of just answering a simple question. I wasn’t expecting anything special but just basic customer service but his attitude made the whole interaction uncomfortable. It felt unnecessary and honestly pretty disrespectful. I hope this gets addressed, because no one should feel talked down to when they’re just trying to get something done. USPS please hire better customer service employees and let go of the ones who aren't!

The facility is poorly maintained, and the staff expects you to handle every detail of the process yourself. They wouldn't even help secure a label or a small tear, instead, they insisted I purchase an entire roll of tape. I ended up leaving to find a place that actually values customer service. If this is the new standard for USPS, I’ll be taking my business to UPS or FedEx from now on.
