I am writing this to warn other local business owners regarding the Every Door Direct Mail (EDDM) service at this location. I spent $1,500 on a mailing campaign that was never delivered. The Facts: Service Failure: I confirmed with multiple current customers on the target routes that the mailers never arrived. Lack of Accountability: The tracking number provided by this office is invalid/non-functional. Poor Management: After three phone calls and a 150-mile round trip to resolve the issue in person, I was promised a call back from a supervisor that never happened. Unprofessional Staff: When I followed up five days later, the staff member was dismissive and hostile. I was told the only way they would investigate is if I had my customers come into the post office to sign affidavits—a completely unrealistic demand for any business owner to make of their clients. As a result of this experience, Simmons Tree and Landscape will no longer be using USPS for marketing. If you are a small business owner, be aware that there is zero support or accountability if your paid mailings fail to go out.

Our mail used to be delivered as normal. Now, it will be days, if not weeks, late. My fiance's mom sent him a letter 2 weeks ago from Sartell and it still hasn't arrived. We are getting things delivered before the things that should have been delivered first. It makes no sense. It also showed one of our packages were delivered at a certain time online, but it wasn't there, so obviously the delivery driver scanned it so they wouldn't get in trouble then delivered it days later. We were also told that our stop (Audenn Apartments) is the last one on the route when we asked about missing mail. If it's past 8:30 PM, they do not deliver. Then PUT US FIRST THE NEXT DAY instead of making us go several days without our mail! The guy told me to call them directly instead of submitting inquiries online if we had issues, I'm guessing to avoid head honchos knowing. I also went in because my fiance missed the delivery of one of his packages that required a signature, and he had filled out the form to have me pick it up (he listed me as the representative on the form). The guy kept telling me that either my name had to match his, or the address did. I kept asking him why and he just said that it was policy, even after I explained that he put me as rep. I had to go back outside, look at it again, and come back in and ask him again why my ID would have to match any of his information if he had me listed as his rep. He FINALLY said, "Oh, then I can do it." WASTE OF MY TIME!
