Was there around 3:30pm on 4/29/26, one rude lady was at the desk and despite there being a line of about 6-7 people, she chatted and yakked with a customer about every topic under the sun like she was at a Sunday picnic, and literally took 25 minutes to process about 6 pre-labeled packages. They sure were enjoying their conversation while we all waited patiently. When I got up there with my package and pre-printed label from a return service, she then lectured me about not being able to process a package that wasn't sealed yet (even though the return instructions said not to pre-package) because of some Supreme Court ruling. She then loudly lectured me about every step of the transaction, and didn't admit that she didn't know about this new way of processing returns through USPS which required no additional payment from me. Rudest I've been treated anywhere in years. She seemed to be on a real power trip. Very unfortunate representation of the Postal Service.

The customer service at this post office has become unacceptable. I’ve used six different post offices in this area for business for the past 20 years, and this location is by far the worst. It is severely understaffed, and the single employee working the counter is extremely slow, rude, and disrespectful. I’ve witnessed this employee speak condescendingly to customers who don’t speak English and prolong simple transactions by focusing on unnecessary details. This behavior wastes customers’ time and creates an unwelcoming environment. Something needs to be done about the staffing and conduct at this location immediately.

Why would you have your self serve postage machine set to print Christmas stamps in April?!? Now I have to go pick up stamps from the grocery store. Lord knows I’m not standing in that line for 30 minutes just for rude customers service from the postal workers!

This post office is thoroughly incapable of executing a mail hold. They continue to deliver when the hold is on unless you call them to reinforce that a hold is active. This is what a supervisor told us we need to do for it to work. When we recently went to pick up our held mail from the facility they also gave us the held mail from at least half a dozen other addresses. When I went back to return it, the guy at the counter said “we’ll see what we can do”. I had a puzzled look on my face and said “I assume you will deliver it”. He replied that he was new there and couldn’t guarantee anything. Yikes.

Fast and friendly service. Stopped by to drop off a package on a Friday afternoon around 3:30. Only one worker and I was still in and out of there in less than 5 minutes.
