  Employee was wearing vulgar/F word laden political large print attire while small children were present including my daughter on 4/27/26. Embarrassing for UPS and unprofessional. We will be moving our business account.

  The two staff members that were working were very helpful, polite and patient. They helped me get through different return policies from different companies.

  I’ve had multiple frustrating experiences at this UPS Store location due to unclear and, in my opinion, excessive pricing. I also reached out to corporate, but due to the nature of this location, there doesn’t appear to be much that can be done. I later learned this is a non-traditional UPS location, but there is still a serious lack of transparency. I was charged $4 to print a single sheet of paper. On another visit, I was told I had to pay a $10 fee just to pick up a package sent there as an access point. This fee was never disclosed upfront, and even the staff seemed unsure about it but still required payment. I left the package there and contacted the retailer, who confirmed there should not have been a pickup fee. They sent a replacement to my home instead. I would recommend avoiding this location and going to a traditional UPS Store instead for more transparent and consistent pricing.

  Every package I drop off here sits at the store for a full 24 hours and it’s delivery gets delayed by a day from what was promised when I bought the label

  I always get in and out fast! They know what they're doing. I never mind going there. It's easy.
