- TSTomo SatoSep 15, 20255.0I know reviews tend to be biased based on bad experiences, while people with good experiences won't do that for services like the USPS (they only might do it for a restaurant, for example). I use (receive a lot, and I feel really bad for my mailman) this USPS location and I would say given the number of high density buildings, tough local traffic and parking, lots of building security codes, and all that, they do a great job. If you go slightly off hours (like 11am), there is almost never a line, and service is very efficient and professional. With "missing packages", one should consider if this location is responsible, if the shipper's handwriting was legible (or printed label visible if toner is running out) or it wasn't package theft. Overall, especially in the past half a year, I've had great service from them.
