Our mail is delivered from this Post Office. We have informed delivery from the United States Post Office which provides us with an email with pictures of our mail before it arrives. A great deal of what we've been informed of does not arrive. At all. Ever. Most recently, five pieces, including tax documents were supposedly coming, and not one of them did. This is completely unacceptable, and opens us up to identity theft. It's not like someone came up to our mailbox and stole it when no one was looking. Our mail gets dropped through a slot in the frontdoor. If they were going to steal our mail, they'd have to commit breaking and entering, a felony, and there, to be signs, our home was broken into. Conversely, we get a lot of our neighbors' mail, often more than once a week, and sometimes from blocks and blocks away. In fact, a month or so ago on the day they deliver those little newspapers with all the ads from places like fingerhut and whatnot that nobody really wants, well, we got them for more than half of the homes on our block, alll dropped in our mailbox. Talk about lazy mail carriers! What the hell is going on with this place?

Do you guys just deliver once a week? How about you guys stop going in smoke break and do your damn jobs? Stop consolidating people’s important mail and deliver their mail immediately. It’s seems like everytime the package has gone out for delivery it’s been returned and reattempted the following day. Beyond Useless

After reading other posts I realized I am not the only one having a mail carrier who decides on her own to stop delivering my mail bc my name was removed from my mailbox. Apparently 2 years living at the same address and not filling a form to hold my mail/parcels is a sign that she can do whatever she wants. We communicated via messages left above the mailboxes and today she had removed them all and placed them inside my box. So now she delivers trash, got it. A note to her: my mailbox is not your trashcan. Learn to do your job properly and deliver the mail to the correct apartment number too, that'll be a 1st!

The person who helped me was a straight up blatant liar. I do drug testing and have been mailing samples out of multiple post offices for months. The guy told me he had been told that he cant sign the form saying he has taken possession of the box. They are horrible at customer service and the fact they lie is insane. No wonder their reviews are so horrible

For two months I have been trying to get this post office to deliver mail to my home. Two months, and I still can't get them to manage it. I have lost mortgage payment statements, driver licenses (yes plural, at $26 each), job licenses, and other important documents. Update: Still 1 star. While I now get mail, they randomly place holds on it. Don't bother trying to call, they won't pick up/take the phone off the line so there is only a busy signal.
