Terrible staff. Why are there women in the front that are nasty and on the phone when there are customers present? I know it’s a post office. That’s not in a great location in the city, But the people Who are in the Front should be fired. I’ve never seen worse customer service from the post office. She acted like I was bothering her at , asking a simple question, Then proceeded to get on the phone and talk to someone of a personal call.

The staff here are the worst. Very rude, short, and unhelpful! Never experienced customer service like this. Their mail person lost a check of mine that I was supposed to receive on Jan 16th. I went there after calling (no answer) on Jan 23rd. I explained the situation and let them know I receive Informed Delivery emails. I asked to speak to a supervisor, they said no one was there and that they had no idea when they'd be back. I asked to file a report on my mail. They finally gave me a piece of paper and were arguing with me the whole time while offering no help. It was an awful experience. If I could rate them -5 stars I would. I see many other people experience the same thing as well. The post office at the Quarry is MUCH better.

I would rate it negative stars if I could. I get informed delivery of what's to come in the mail. December 29, 2025 it showed my driver's license was suppose to come, however it did not. We did not receive our mail that was suppose to come Tuseday, December 30th, but did receive mail Wednesday the 31st, but not my driver's license. No mail that was to come the rest of the week. I went to the post office Saturday January 3rd, where 2 other people were not getting their mail. I told the lady about my driver's license not showing up, she says wait until Monday, January 5th and if it doesn't show up, then contact them. It is January 17th, and not a single response from them. I've called, they dont answer the phone, I've emailed several times and no response. The fact that THEY delivered it to the WRONG address, the DMV says in their system it was delivered, and then won't take responsibility for THEIR mistake is mind boggling to me. I can't stand this post office.

They tried to deliver a package which required a signature. I was at work and not able to receive the package. I reschedule the delivery. The package was never redelivered and was, instead, returned to sender. I how must repurchase my item for $30 more money. Thanks USPS! You’ve wasted my time and money.
