One day Jeff aka Jeffrey the mailman (bald heavyset white man) who lives at the Viridian Apartments started yelling at me calling me names raised his voice to me belittling me talking down to me treating me like absolute garbage acting like he was all high and mighty and superior to me pretending to be a cop pretending to be a police officer because he got triggered one day when I walked through the mail area on the main floor by the main office when he was delivering mail. He went off on this huge tangent. Then he was telling the office people they need to call the police call the cops making false accusations of me of committing a felony committing a federal offense telling the staff here to evict me etc then he got the police involved all because I was looking for a FedEx package and walked by him looking at a couple boxes on the counter while he was delivering mail. Mind you I actually live here and I have every right to go anywhere and everywhere in the building that's accessible to residents. I could have lost my licensing through the department of health and human services I could have lost my career I could have been homeless living on the streets my family would have been homeless we have a special needs handicapped disabled child who could have been in danger, wife has breast cancer too. I could have been in danger with my life because he's making false accusations and having the police show up. My wife could have lost her medical license because she's a medical worker and furthermore my wife has CANCER and he was making vulgar rude immature comments towards me and all of this was because I looked at some packages on the counter to see if there was a FedEx package for my wife that said was just delivered and in turn he had to go and snitch on me and get the police involved with management here and he was trying to get me evicted out of here with my wife that has CANCER and our child who is legally DISABLED and handicapped and special needs. This guy is completely unhinged and off his rocker and unfortunately I have to live in the same building as him. He is unpredictable and he is dangerous to society.

I waited in a long line to get to the counter. A horrible woman at front desk stood there with a miserable expression. She was rude and offensive and I had to walk away from her. I should’ve went to the other staff member who is actually pleasant to deal with. Went to kiosk to send a small envelope and followed instructions perfectly. Printed the postage and sent the envelope. USPS sent the envelope back to me with insufficient postage. How inefficient can this United States Post Office be? I put more postage on it than the dimensions required. This place needs an overhaul! This xxxxx made me so upset. No wonder people go “postal!”
