She even used profanity when addressing me “ that I was giving her shit” I didn’t even know you can say those things to customers while at work. She should be fired. I calmly told her that I prefer to get a receipt for my packages instead of the kiosk to ensure I am backed up in case something goes wrong with shipping, and that I wasn’t interested in arguing. Horrible interaction. No wonder why this post office has such low reviews.
