He acts with urgency, is super helpful, and just a really great person to interact with. This post office had helped me with little things like getting stamps, address changes, and confusion on packages. Every time I am met with the best service and my issue/need quickly taken care of. Thank you!!!

As he was putting mail in apt mail boxes I walked down to ask him if I could possible get my oversized package because I was leaving and knew my apt front office was closed. He responded rudely asking for ID even though I had my mail key. I then brought him my ID as he requested and asked if he needed any other forms of ID. He then refused to give me my package. He rudely told me I would have to wait until he rang my buzzer which he never did..instead he left an orange "sorry we missed you" notice inside my mailbox and brought my package back to the post office. This carrier illegally withheld my mail and tampered with my mail which is a federal offense. Looking at the ratings of this post office I now know that I am not the only one that has had problems. Wow. Get it together..this is completely wrong and against the law!!
