Even during the holidays he is cheerful, helpful and efficient. There's usually never a line but when there is it goes quick.

It is small, and if you choose the same time as everyone else by chance, there can be a wait. Typically, there is one other person in there besides you. The staff seems to enjoy working there, and they are helpful if you have any questions or concerns. Especially about saving money.
