If you have a letter or package to send and you need a good walk through the skyway during the day make this your destination. It’s fun to find. I’ve never had to wait in line. Clean and welcoming. My favorite days are the ones when I get to go here.

Amazon and other carriers will leave packages outside the door on 6th as if it's a giant house in the burbs. Those packages are gone in an instant. The ones that make it inside go to the security desk and then disappear into the building. Some of those make it to the post office. It is a hassle having to resend these packages and track down the rest. Security is rarely at the security desk. You need to locate them and then try the building main office. The people in the chain are friendly and try to help but the issues are systemic. Use a different post office if you value your time.

The worker helped me decide on the cheapest shipping option, put my box together for me, and even offered to make sure the tape was sufficient. He was super helpful, and this was one of my best USPS experiences ever.
