Stared at my pink slip for 60 seconds like it was rocket science, then lied with full confidence it was “already sent back” (tracking: hold till 11th). Blamed fake access code for no delivery—our apt has NO code, just a door. Attitude, incompetence, and sass the whole time. Avoid this location—worst clerk ever. 0/10, never going back.
