    Once again I show up at 2:20 pm and there's no clerk in sight and a line out the door.. Sighns up saying they dont take cash or money orders. You lost my buisness usps.

    I accidentally used an old address for shipping an item from a company. The company informed me to call the USPS when it exchanged hands, prior to being delivered. The same day the package went from the shipping company to the USPS, I called the USPS. I talked with a very reasonable woman over the phone. She said this location would hold the package for 10 days and then ship back to sender. Perfect for me to get proof of old address and show to the office staff. Three days after I called this location, I went to pick up the "held" package. Turns out, they shipped it back to the sender the day after I called and was told it would be placed on hold.

    Staff was very rude and condescending. When I tried to a staff's attention by saying "Excuse me, sir" in a very polite tone, he replies with "What do you want?!" in a very irritated manner. This was just half of the experience. The rest was as bad. Will not go back to this post office.
