- CSCharlie SheehanJan 12, 20261.0There was a worker this afternoon at the USPS office that appeared disheveled and screamed at a woman who was simply trying to park and drop a package off on her way to work. The behavior was incredibly inappropriate and quite unacceptable for someone representing USPS. To make matters worse, it sounds like (from many other reviews) this individual has been terrorizing customers for MONTHS doing the exact same thing to people who are simply trying to find a place to park. I understand that there might be some confusion over where to park and potential frustrations, but this individual clearly does not present a competent ability to handle their emotions or conduct themselves in a professional matter and is going to end up getting himself or someone else hurt if he continues to act in such an egregious manner. There need to be actionable steps taken to remediate this issue immediately.

- CVChelsey VimrOct 6, 20251.0Horrible experience! There’s a huge parking lot in the back which is for employees only so customers have to pay to park in a parking ramp down the block. Also, the guy at the counter made me pay for tape, even though there was a full roll, sitting right in front of him. I need like 20 inches of it. Never coming back.
