I have been here a couple of times and I have never had a good experience. My visit yesterday is what is prompting this review. I arrived 15 minutes before close to mail a package. They told me I needed to come back tomorrow because it would take too much time. The package was fully prepared and I told them that I have shipped packages just like this previously and it only takes five minutes. They argued but then agreed to do it just this one time. And they were able to complete the transaction before close. I just find it to be frustrating and terrible customer service that they would try to send me away versus helping me to complete my transaction. I’ll be trying my hardest not to come back to this post office.

I just left this branch and I think that was the worst customer service I’ve had in probably a decade. The guy was so rude and short with me and the other customers I heard him speak to. He was acting really annoyed that we were shipping packages and he was not trying to hide it. I was shipping a package for Facebook marketplace and I had the package ready to go and the address but I needed a shipped label. He told me I had to address the box and he pointed in a vague direction behind me. I was confused because I thought I was at the post office and I could tell him the address and he could print a label for me. He was not interested in helping me or the other woman who got there before me and pointed again at a wall behind me. The other woman started asking me questions about the labels and things and I realized he didn’t the same thing to her before I got there. So ridiculous. There was no one else in line and he was just sitting there, not busy, watching us I’m sure and hearing me talk to her and try to answer her questions even thought I had the same one. I went back to ask him where exactly the labels were to write on and he pointed to ones on the wall but you had to pay for those. At that point I was done with this horrible man and I drove to another post office where they asked me the zip code and address and printed a label and I went on my way. Absolute worst experience and I hope the postal service knows how poorly he treats people.
