The facility is poorly maintained, and the staff expects you to handle every detail of the process yourself. They wouldn't even help secure a label or a small tear, instead, they insisted I purchase an entire roll of tape. I ended up leaving to find a place that actually values customer service. If this is the new standard for USPS, I’ll be taking my business to UPS or FedEx from now on.

I arrived 15 minutes before close to mail a package. They told me I needed to come back tomorrow because it would take too much time. The package was fully prepared and I told them that I have shipped packages just like this previously and it only takes five minutes. They argued but then agreed to do it just this one time. And they were able to complete the transaction before close. I just find it to be frustrating and terrible customer service that they would try to send me away versus helping me to complete my transaction. I’ll be trying my hardest not to come back to this post office.
