Now the current mail carrier is a complete jerk, 1845 and mail still doesn’t arrive most days and we are half a mile from the post office. Do better

I cant get anyone, anywhere, to help me. USPS stole about $5 from me, which is trivial, but the point remains that it's impossible to get ahold of a competent person anywhere to help me. I wasted an hour of my time and gave up. Passed around to four different people.
