When I went to this USPS location at 12:30 pm on a Wednesday, I was expecting a line because it was over the lunch hour. There was no line and now I understand why. The person behind the counter was inconvenienced by the fact that she had a customer when I showed up. I stated that I needed some assistance sending a package back for a return. She rolled her eyes at me when I said that I needed her help. Her tone was annoyed and judgmental throughout our short conversation. Later when she found out that I was returning shoes she wanted to know why I was returning them and told me that I should pull them out so she could see them. It was a bizarrely unprofessional experience. After reading other reviews, I see I’m not the only one. Eventually I left and sent out my returns through UPS in Brooklyn Center instead. UPS was professional, easy, and polite; I didn’t mind waiting in their line.

Oof, I rarely give 2 stars.. So pay attention! I walked in, I saw 5 people in line, but nobody behind the front desk. I saw other people getting impatient, so I finally heard an employee in a room with the door open , next to where you deposit mail that is outgoing. She was talking not work stuff, with a male , I'm not sure if he worked there, or if he just dropped by to say hi. I had a bright pink shirt on, so I backed up in line, hoping that she would see me and know that there's people out there waiting. The conversation eventually stopped, at the same time, an employee came with a sandwich in her hand, from around the front desk corner, and said, "I'm on my lunch y'all, you should go over to the passport desk." And we all looked over there, and NOBODY was over there either. Also, there was no sign at the front desk telling people that they should go to the passport desk after 4:00 p.m. or whatever this employee was insinuating. Now this was at 4:20 p.m. , the post office for that location closes at 5:00. Nobody should be on their lunch at 4:20 p.m., I understand, the post office is busy, it's November 12th, but! Still! nobody should be on their lunch at 4:20 p.m. Because the post office closes for 30-60 min already, anyways, for lunch! The people in front of me, went over to the passport desk, the first 4 were advised to go to another post office even though they got a slip of paper that said to come to this post office to pick up their mail. So they were Beyond frustrated. Unfortunately, they couldn't fill out the survey on the woman because there was no receipt given. The woman in front of me, was able to get help right away then, and then I was helped. I did fill out that form, and stated this whole scenario , at which I was very disappointed, on behalf of others, on how it was handled. Enjoy the photos.

I went in to get passports, for three of my children. The service was amazing! Th photos I had gotten at Walgreens were not good and they took the pictures of all three there. Smooth process. I did forget the lady’s name who helped us. She was amazing, and very kind.

I cannot give this zero stars, so I guess they will get one star. Arrived 20 minutes before they were closing, and the door was locked. An employee came out and said they were closed, But on the door says they are open until 5 PM as well as all other information about their hours.
