I had a sender put the wrong address on a package and they found the box and I received it the next day! This post office is on it! They are always so friendly and helpful when I have a problem!

From complaint submitted on usps website: We have had mail misdelivered to our address three (3) days in a row. I called our post office to inquire whether or not our carrier was on vacation this week and a substitute carrier was delivering our mail, or if it was our regular carrier. The clerk who answered the phone was from the very beginning very short and curt (hard to understand what he said; when I asked if this was the post office because I could not understand his greeting he was annoyed and said “yeah what do you want?” in an unprofessional manner). I explained the situation identical to above and he told me not to worry about if my carrier was on vacation and what exactly my “issue” was, so repeated the exact same description. The conversation continued to turn confrontational when that was never my intent. I finally interrupted and asked I could ask a question, and asked again if our carrier was on vacation — and was interrupted midway and told that would not solve the issue and to listen to him. At this point I had had enough and hung up. I just want to make sure I am receiving our mail properly, because we are receiving more mail for our neighbors than our own.

Carriers constantly walk across yard. Walk over plants. Even walk through dirt and over sod as new sod was being installed. During winter they trudge through the snow in the yard vs using perfectly clean sidewalks, and in doing so trudge the snow back onto the sidewalks. Have spoken to them every time. They have no respect for property, and become belligerent and abusive in their response. Have formally requested they NOT walk, a note card was put in the file and every time the carrier ignores it and claim there isn’t one even though they are holding it in their hands when I’m talking to them about it. Or, they pull it out and claim it behind my mail when I talk to them about it. So USPS continues to damage property or disregard property owners rights.
