FIRE JAZZ NOW! I went to deliver a package and it took 30 minutes for a line of 5 people. This was because the employee Jazz was the only one working. They were rude to everyone in front of me, particularly the older patrons. When I went up I had a QR code and said so. They said “that’s not a QR code.” And launched into a description about what it is specifically called. I said “that’s a hyponym of a QR code.” They clearly didn’t understand this reference and said “get out if you don’t want to say the correct name.” Weirdest experience I’ve ever had at the post office. After reading how many other people were verbally abused by Jazz I’m shocked they are still allowed to work there!

Worst post office in the Upper Midwest, bar none. Fail to assign drivers to pick up your mail on a regular basis. Packages suddenly disappearing.. Won't answer phone calls..Close it up.

I had a terrible experience. Worst customer service ever. Jazz was so rude to me. Never have I ever experienced such thing. After waiting in line for good 20 mins, it was finally my turn & i forgot to seal my package and asked for a tape which was lying just beside this person. When i asked for it, s/he goes like “ why do you think i will give this to you for free, give me a good reason. Go back and come back another day”, and walked away. All i asked was for a piece of tape. Why make such a fuss of it. Will never go to this place again. Horrendous!
