- JJJackieJan 3, 20261.0Aw man, is Jazz still working there? They need to be fired immediately. The line is always extremely long when they are working and they are incredibly rude to customers. Awful awful experience.
- EHEarl HippDec 30, 20255.0In the middle of the Xmas/NY holiday rush, I got special service for a lost package from an extremely helpful, positive, and friendly agent named Katherine. This is when there were long lines of people, most grumpy, and few saying thank you for the service they got. These sturdy postal service folks, working in a very challenged system, are my total heroes and sheroes. They deserve all the support and kindness we can offer them on each visit. BIG thanks to Katherine and the team at this location.
- GPGrace PetersonDec 16, 20251.0Absolutely horrible customer service. One employee at the front desk who was extremely rude to customers. I have also never seen someone work so slowly in my life. A huge line of people waiting to be helped and this employee was trying to crack jokes with every person that came up to the counter. Except for the elderly woman that came up to the desk to ask a question and was treated like an absolute nobody. She asked if she could put her prepaid package on the counter and the employee said “wow congrats you found the counter! It’s been a pleasure working with you and helping you find the counter”. Also witnessed this employee interrupting customers when they were asking valid questions. It took everything in me not to call out this employee for being completely rude to customers. I have been to this post office before and never particularly liked it, but after witnessing the actions of this postal service worker, I will not be back. It is not okay to treat people that way. Horrible horrible service 👎🏼
- AGAriele GoodeOct 28, 20251.0FIRE JAZZ NOW! I went to deliver a package and it took 30 minutes for a line of 5 people. This was because the employee Jazz was the only one working. They were rude to everyone in front of me, particularly the older patrons. When I went up I had a QR code and said so. They said “that’s not a QR code.” And launched into a description about what it is specifically called. I said “that’s a hyponym of a QR code.” They clearly didn’t understand this reference and said “get out if you don’t want to say the correct name.” Weirdest experience I’ve ever had at the post office. After reading how many other people were verbally abused by Jazz I’m shocked they are still allowed to work there!
