I never had a truly negative experience until now. Went to pick up DS-11 forms (passport forms) and I went to the lady to the left standing in front of the counter. (You know who you are) Context: people have had bad experiences here for their passport appointments as well. So we go to New Brighton where they are better. The lady gave me the paper with the passport prices, but not the total. So I ask “What is the exact total needed for the money order?” She said, I quote, “Do the math.” I said my thanks and walked out while she was throwing a fit while others are waiting in line. What happened to the customer service here?
