I had just moved to the city and didn’t know anyone, and I was visibly upset while trying to print missing-cat signs. A female staff member noticed and immediately helped me when the AirDrop printer wasn’t working. Her kindness during one of the most vulnerable moments of my life meant more than I can express. She helped me get the signs printed, offered words of encouragement, and told me stories of other pets being found—which gave me hope when I really needed it. As I was leaving, she even offered me a hug. In retrospect, I wish I had taken it. Her compassion stayed with me long after I left. A few days later, my cat was spotted and reunited with me. I’m beyond grateful—and I want to take the time to acknowledge this incredible employee. Thank you, from the bottom of my heart, for your kindness, patience, and humanity. You truly made a difference.
