- DRDane Rauschenberg2 days ago5.0Not too shabby! I mean, not everything is ever going to be perfect so there’s no reason to be rude just because you are semi anonymous. So go here and see for yourself if you like it. Sometimes we have bad days and shouldn’t try to close a business because of a small snafu. I mean, I could be super specific and tell you who I worked with and what great service I had, or what wonderful food I was able to have, but that stuff changes day-to-day and we all need to realize that and stop being so snarky to people simply because we have the power to do so with a super computer in our hand. That’s why I am making sure to leave good reviews on places so that the world can maybe be a nicer place. We all need it.

You seriously never know what kind of day someone is having and a little bit of patience and kindness goes a long way. Additionally, customers expect you to know how to do your job. Not for customers to do the work for you. Being told, “That’s something you’re gonna have to figure that out yourself.” is inappropriate and highly unsatisfactory customer service. If you can’t do your job or show the least bit of respect to customers, how do we know if our packages are going to be handled correctly and efficiently? We don’t. I will definitely be taking my services elsewhere from now on.

Alex was very patient and helpful even though he was the only person working. We will definitely be back to print many more projects in the future.
