  DONT DO AMAZON RETURNS AT THIS STORE I RETURNED SOMETHING ON SATURDAY THE 13TH THEY DIDNT SEND IT OUT UNTIL TODAY THR 18TH MEANING IT SAT IN THE STORE FOR 5 DAYS

  Extremely rude and unhelpful. It’s not that hard to be nice to people when they come in. You seriously never know what kind of day someone is having and a little bit of patience and kindness goes a long way. Additionally, customers expect you to know how to do your job. Not for customers to do the work for you. Being told, “That’s something you’re gonna have to figure that out yourself.” is inappropriate and highly unsatisfactory customer service. If you can’t do your job or show the least bit of respect to customers, how do we know if our packages are going to be handled correctly and efficiently? We don’t. I will definitely be taking my services elsewhere from now on.

  Justin was a lifesaver!! I had a bulk print order printed and then needed to send it out to client and was in a pinch, I couldn't make it into the store in person. Justin went above and beyond to pack the order and ship it out over the phone with me. Amazing customer service! Highly Recommend!
