  Absolute trash heap of a company. If logistics were a joke, this would be the punchline. Save yourself the headache and look literally anywhere else.

  Unable to adhere to delivery schedule. Created false pictures and narrative as to why they were unable to deliver. I was told delivery was rescheduled for the folllowing day via call and voicemail. Delivery was missed yet again and not rescheduled according to their records. -update response RXO responded that they were out for delivery the following day in the Google reply. They have missed the expressed 8am delivery. They also said a ‘new’ updated window was 10-130. Which they have also missed. RXO is a joke, give your money to someone else. Peloton should consider using another shipping business.

  They are the most useless group of brokers I've ever worked with. Whether it comes to wrong appt times set, detention or layover, they simply don't pay. We've had over 4 different reps at Coyote and they have all been useless. I rather work with JB Hunt which says a whole lot... And P.S., if you have Alex as your rep, I'm sorry for you already.
