She first spent 5min trying to blame it on me even though I could view the files on my end correctly. Then she left to go work on something else multiple times for minutes at a time ignoring me completely during her other task. Finally she reluctantly let me email them to the shop email but made sure that I knew she only had a few seconds to help me (which is all the longer it took to download and print them) otherwise she didn't have time to help. Also the prices seem high and there's no discount for double siding which seems odd on a self service machine.
