After rolling their eyes after I said dropping off a package. He immediately gave me hassle, asked what it was, I said shoe box, and refused to take it my package. I left. I dropped it off at another Fed Ex location in St. Louis Park no problem. I returned later to speak to the manager. I told the manager I do a lot of business here and let her know about her employees attitude. She immediately questioned me also, telling me they don't take packages in brown paper. Funny, I say because I do this every week. She says it's policy. I said when did this start? No answer. The manager had an attitude also cursing at me to leave her store when I mentioned I would take my business elsewhere and make a review on Google. I do not know why Minnesota tries to keep the people who run their own businesses down by making it difficult to do there job around here... If you look at the screen shot it clearly says "my packaging." Not your box, packaging, etc. Stay far away from this establishment!
