- GDG DaySep 8, 20251.0Worst fedex location. I ship multiple packages daily and this is in walking distance. They charge a drop off fee of $10 per package. I called the 1800 to see my options and they dont care if they lose business. Sad customer service!

This was supposed to be a self-service task, but I had no idea how to operate the scanner, and I needed help saving/sending the digital scans to the cloud. FedEx team member Tamaria came to my rescue and patiently walked me through the process and made sure every single scan came through perfectly. I highly recommend this store and their team!

If you drop-off a package with an already paid for label, they charge you a drop-off fee because ‘this location is in a hotel’. I paid for shipping and then drove the package to your location. What exactly is the additional fee for?

They were both fast and very professional. I returned after my trade show ended to send a package back to my office and Armondo took care of me and provided excellent service handling and labeling the box. I really appreciate their professionalism at this FedEx location and their dedication to customer service. I hope FedEx will employ more clerks like Armondo and Tarini at FedEx locations in the future. I've also raved about them to their manager and congratulated her for doing a fine job of training them.
