- GDG DaySep 8, 20251.0Worst fedex location. I ship multiple packages daily and this is in walking distance. They charge a drop off fee of $10 per package. I called the 1800 to see my options and they dont care if they lose business. Sad customer service!

This was supposed to be a self-service task, but I had no idea how to operate the scanner, and I needed help saving/sending the digital scans to the cloud. FedEx team member Tamaria came to my rescue and patiently walked me through the process and made sure every single scan came through perfectly. I highly recommend this store and their team!
