I can't speak about delivery cause I have never gotten a delivery, but the employees at the post office have always been kind and friendly to me, and always helped me out with no negative attitude. I have noticed customers being rude however and it makes me appreciate the good service even more.

I have complained about this postal service so many times. They used to give multiple reasons why they couldn't deliver my packages. One of the snarky responses I got from the last working at the office was "maybe you should get a bigger package holder". So I did! I have a large parcel holder and they STILL shove my packages into my mailbox! They have broken so make l many boxes.

The mail carriers at this post office are the laziest out there. We are full time residents and our packages are never on time or not delivered at all. If they can't stuff them in our mailbox they state on tracking "the driveway or front door are not accessible". Our driveway AND front door are always accessible. Our neighbors have a bigger mailbox and the carriers have put our packages AND mail in our neighbors mailbox. My husband and I work Mon-Fri (in Aitkin) during the hours that the post office is open and it is very difficult for us to pick up our packages at the post office. Once again, today we do not get our packages and are told to pick them up. Do your damn job and deliver the mail, which INCLUDES PACKAGES! The worst mail carriers/post office.
***UPDATE 6/28/25
I made a complaint about not receiving our packages. Today our package was flattened to fit in our mailbox. Damaged $200.00 worth of make up and skin care. Feels like retaliation. Another complaint filed. Pictures attached.
