I have noticed customers being rude however and it makes me appreciate the good service even more.

Left a note that it was our personal mailbox and.not a community mailbox. They balled it up and threw it back into the box. Next day I received 4 different people's mail! Went to office multiple times and postmaster was extremely rude and dismissive to us. If we get a package that's too big for the box they won't bring it to the house and drop it off. And yet I watched them deliver next door right to their door. If I could switch post offices I surely would.
