- CCCynthiaNov 28, 20251.0We live outside of Menahga, and have not been receiving our mail. Has been 3 days now we haven't received mail, even though Informed Delivery said we were getting mail each day. It's not the first time this has happened. My daughter lives next door, says attempted delivery on a package she is waiting for and they never even attempted to deliver it. This has happened twice now for her. There is no excuse for this. Either someone is too lazy or incompetent to pull up to a mailbox and put the mail in it. Plus, when we do get mail, we get other people's mail in our mailbox that live a mile away, name isn't even similar. And yet the Post Office General keeps raising postage. Can't even call the local Menahga Post Office anymore. Number does not go through. Probably don't want to hear all the complaints they get and do nothing about. If I could give 0 stars I would.

Keeps happening and when I call they tell me im still getting my package, never did. This post office needs to makes improvements.
