With MAS, you can feel confident knowing your search will be completed by our own in house experienced title searchers. Occasionally, when we do need to outsource, we only use preselected qualified searchers that understand our requirements, procedures and high quality expectations. Any outsource fee or trip fee to the county will be billed in addition to our normal fees as a pass through fee.

MAS is extremely competitive and offers some of the lowest fees in the market. All of our residential searches are flat fees and include a copy allotment and name searches. Commercial searches are billed on a platform of a base fee plus copies and name searches. When you take advantage of the 10% online discount, the savings really add up!

Yes, our company is licensed and insured. Copies of our license and insurance are available for you to view and print under the declarations tab.

Most residential searches are completed and returned within 24-48 hours. Agricultural and commercial searches are completed in 1-5 business days based on complexity.

There are four easy ways to place an order. You may become an online customer and order online or, if you prefer, order via email, fax, or phone.

Once you are set up in our system, our billing department will invoice you twice a month.

Invoices are due and payable within 30 days of the invoice date.

If you contact MAS to cancel a file and the search is completed, the search will be returned and billed as normal. If the search has not been completed, we bill for printed copies and/or other miscellaneous expenses incurred. Copies are billed at $1.00 per page.

MAS does not charge rush fees on standard handwritten searches. We strive to accommodate our customers and do everything within our power to meet their requests. Rush fees can be imposed on large scale projects as negotiated.
