  My honest advice: just go to the next UPS Store location. There are other stores nearby that value efficiency and accuracy. Don’t waste your time here when better options exist.

  The staff has always been very polite and helpful. I have been sending packages through them for 6+ years.

  Beyond insane. I went to pick up my packages that went to my Personal Mailbox only for it to take half an hour just to find ONE of my packages. They said "oh we'll text you when there's a package for you, so maybe you're too early" .......my package was delivered on the 19th and I was picking it up on the 23rd. Are you kidding? They searched for 20 minutes and even told me the package just isn't here and there's nothing here for me to pick up. Despite there being "proof of delivery" photos that show my packages on their counter, and even show the door of this location. It's a mess here. I was handed someone else's package and asked if I wanted that one, despite it having SOMEONE ELSE's name and someone else's address??? I literally was given some random other person's package and since my second package is missing, they might've just given my package away to someone else. If anyone named Antoinette picks up packages here, they almost gave me a large dark grey box package that was for you. I do not understand this and I am appalled by the lack of organization and professionalism here. That's probably how I'm missing my second package. I can't believe I paid over 100 dollars for a personal mailbox only for it to be less safe than leaving it on my front door. Jesus christ

  I paid over 97.00 for an overnight package. UPS told me store staff didnt even create the label until over 24 hours after paid for the service. I left 2 messages for the store manager to initiate at least a partial refund as recommended by UPS. Manager will not return my calls and on 2nd call I placed I heard the manager talking to store clerk I was on the phone with telling the clerk to tell me the manager was busy. I made payment on Saturday at 938am. Label wasnt created until shortly after 1230pm on Sunday so UPS was not notified of package until Monday when it was supposed to have been delivered. Its now Wednesday, no delivery and documents were not deliveted for a critical meeting with lawyers. Manager still will not even return my messages.
