    Update : Raj the store manager was very helpful in explaining the issues with the UPS system. Completely unrelated to the store itself. The company I work with owns a Corporate account with UPS. That allows us to pick up packages for free and we get charged through corporate and that way the clerks know to not charge people from company I work with. Previous management was horrible but Raj was great. Clerks are helpful and patient but management is useless. They dont know how to work their systems and make it almost impossible to get package released for businesses that partner with UPS for the CAMS system. The franchisee owner or management needs to do better.

    Made an appt to print 26 copies off a normal printer. Person said I won't be able to help you even tho I set an appt at 9:00am do we not honor that? Worst ups store ever. I took time out of my work day to come here to get important documents printed. Don't use this place

    Workers don't know what's priority when customers are waiting, they're still packing stuff. Made me pay for a bag for a no box needed return.

    Thank you! I often use the location in Maplewood to ship my Amazon packages. When I first arrived the line looked long but the associates were really knowledgeable and the line shorten up really quickly. The staff quickly help print my label and tape up my boxes for shipping. Unfortunately, the WiFi was really slow so they waived the print fee for me. After I had walked out of the store I realized I lost my credit card card. When I went back to the store I found out that the staff saw my card and they had my card behind the counter to keep it safe for me until I returned to grab it. Great job UPS associates!
