I did have to wait in a line but the attendants worked as hard as possible to get people moving, and it only took 10 minutes in what would have been a 30 min line at other locations. Thanks Jodie!

I’ve called 25 times since they opened this morning and not one call was answered. I’ve been trying to contact someone due to the negligent post carrier who scanned my package as “attempted delivery” and put that my front door and garage were un accessible which is 100% inaccurate. There is no way on this earth that anyone wouldn’t be able to access my townhome garage, mailbox, or front door especially since I was home ALL day and no attempt was made. It is clear that the deliver person acted out of pure laziness. Instead of my package being redelivered it has instead been siting at office location. Of course these reviews don’t matter since there have been numerous one stars before mine. Such an embarrassment of a facility.
- AVAlex V.Feb 25, 20261.0I am beyond frustrated with the USPS office in Maple Grove. As a small business owner, I drop off around 600 prepaid packages per month. The shipping cost for each is $10. That means I am bringing about $6,000 in shipping costs every month. Yet, this office consistently refuses my packages because I don't have a manifest, and for them, IT'S TOO DIFFICULT to simply SCAN my prepaid packages. This level of indifference means that a USPS Maple Grove employee is willing to throw away a customer who brings a substantial amount of revenue to their business. I hope the main USPS office takes care of this problem so this doesn’t happen again.

Nevertheless, It is not a business and should not be expected as such with profitability being the driving force. What businesses out there that never fail to deliver rain or shine or even blizzard?
