    The reason I am giving two stars is because it’s impossible to reach an actual human being via telephone. The 800-number gives you the runaround. I finally found the actual number to the MG location and it rings and rings and rings, even though it’s operating business hours and then the line goes dead. The issue I’m trying to resolve is I brought a package in on Monday and I put it in the pulldown bin for packages that already have a label on it. It didn’t fully fall down into the bin, but I figured that’s OK. It’s still in there. Well now the package has no tracking it acts like I never sent it. I simply want to speak to a human being and see if it’s still sitting in that bin and just hasn’t been removed properly. Literally impossible to get a hold of a human. Nobody has time to sit on a telephone line and listen to multiple messages. Hit all these buttons get a text message and all that crap sometimes they just want to speak to a human being and not a robot. Places like this need actual customer service I still have no idea where my package is and cannot get a hold of anybody. Do better.

    This is one of the few places where there is a long line, that I know the Postladys will handle quickly. We could be 12 deep and they help everyone one after another. Everyone gets the time they need and leave happy. Postmaster has always taken my call and helped me setup high density boxes. Really Great Group of people.

    The post office experience is typically never fun. The staff here are typically as fast as they can be even during high levels of traffic and upset lines of people. Kudos to you all for making it happen!
