That means I am bringing about $6,000 in shipping costs every month. Yet, this office consistently refuses my packages because I don't have a manifest, and for them, IT'S TOO DIFFICULT to simply SCAN my prepaid packages. This level of indifference means that a USPS Maple Grove employee is willing to throw away a customer who brings a substantial amount of revenue to their business. I hope the main USPS office takes care of this problem so this doesn’t happen again.
