⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Yes, you counted six stars — not five. Jeremy. 💥🔥💫👏 This guy… EVERY. SINGLE. TIME. He is KIND. He is THOUGHTFUL. He is EMPATHETIC. He is FAST. He is EFFICIENT. He is HELPFUL. He is UNDERSTANDING. He is the definition of what customer service is supposed to look like. Saturday, Maple Grove. I arrived at 12:50 PM — closing time 1 PM. Jeremy was assisting me with Certified Mail for multiple time-sensitive government-agency documents, and he handled it with pride. The moment he realized how important those envelopes were to me, his focus and care somehow doubled. He didn’t rush, roll his eyes, or make excuses — he made sure every single detail was perfect. When I walked out, it was 1:04. The last customer in line was out of luck, right? Nope. Watch this, folks — Jeremy, instead of saying: “A — we’re closed. B — we don’t take that…” (Golden Valley Post Office reference) Jeremy smiled and said: “Hey sir, how are ya? Come on up!” That is show-stopping customer service. And here’s the thing — this wasn’t a “one-off” good day. I’ve been in this location many times lately, under difficult personal circumstances, and every single time Jeremy is on the clock, he shows up the same way: kind, patient, and genuine. Whether it’s me or another customer, his integrity never wavers. It’s not an act — it’s who he is. ❤️ At a point in my life where I sometimes wonder what happened to basic decency, thank God for people like Jeremy. His consistent, unmatched kindness and work ethic restore faith in humanity. The USPS is lucky to have a man like that representing them — hands down. With respect (and gratitude), A customer who knows how rare true professionalism is. ⸻ Consistent kindness, not coincidence — Jeremy embodies what customer service should be.

I usually hate going to the post office, but today was my first time at this location and I had a very good experience with dropping off a package for delivery, I was nervous it'd be complicated or frustrating.

Staff were super nice and pretty quick with everything :) I came in to drop off a package that was prepaid by a customer and it only took 30 seconds or so for processing. I’ve deducted a star for the building being pretty inaccessible, I’m disabled and the ramp going up to the curb was curved oddly and uneven as well as falling apart in some areas. The building did not have any buttons for doors and had a tight entrance as well as slimmer doors. Outside of the doors, there was a good amount of space in the hall and near the desks, but it’s just disappointing to see a federally owned post office not required to have an actually accessible building. It sucks that older buildings are exempt of following ADA regulations unless enforced by federal or state government directly. This isn’t the fault of anyone working there, it’s the fault of a failed system and I’m very disappointed that USPS as a whole is not required to have accessible buttons on the doors, yet is “required to be accessible”. That takes away majority of accessibility. Not accessible whatsoever, I shouldn’t need to wait for other people to walk by and open all the doors for me just for them to claim it’s accessible.
