After being given instructions on how to email the store in order print the label, I was told to wait, as they were helping other customers and they would get back to me. After asking for an update, I was dismissed once again with a curt “we will get to you when we get to you.’ It’s just one woman who is extremely rude and dismissive at the store. I watched her cause 2 other customers to leave without completing their business because she was so rude and unhelpful. There is lots of talk about being nice to service people and sales associates during the holidays, but that ask goes both ways. I’ve never come across someone so ill suited to a customer service role. It’s been over 20 minutes now, and I still have yet to even be acknowledged since sending the email. Will never be returning to this UPS location again.
