The combination of unnecessary charges, refusal to assist appropriately, and the dismissive attitude displayed by staff amounts to poor customer service and, in my view, wrongful charging of customers. On 11/23/25 at approximately 12:00 PM, I was approached by a staff member whose unprofessional appearance and noticeably dismissive attitude immediately set the tone for a poor interaction. Although she initially said, “I can help you,” she proceeded to ignore me in order to continue assisting the customer before me, taking additional time to complete his transaction. When she finally returned to me, she looked at my items with clear displeasure and stated that the store does not handle Amazon returns, then told me I would need to pay for tape and $3 to print a label, despite the fact that I simply needed assistance with a standard Amazon return process. Appalled to see others who were subjected to the same treatment but only they resorted to buying tape and wrapping their own boxes. Please be advised that due to the nature of this incident, I will be filing a complaint with UPS Store Corporate and Amazon Services to ensure they are aware of the ongoing issues customers are encountering at this location. Its expect that corrective action will be taken to ensure that other customers are not subjected to similar treatment.

They never reached out to me saying they couldn’t deliver the package until I checked my emails and before they even opened the next day it was already shipped back to the sender, and I had to pay for the shipping even though I never was able/notified to come pick it up
