  Rude staff. Unable to answer even basic questions about shipping options, and to boot charged me $3 just for a single piece of tape. Never again with this place.

  What a wonderful experience! The staff stayed late to help us finish notary on a document we couldn’t be more appreciative of their great service! We’d recommend this to anybody!

  Asked me to write a review while i had a crying kid in my arm in the store for me to get a discount. Told him "I would once i got home" He said " No, do it now people get busy" Tell me you don't have any kids without telling me you don't have any kids... THANK YOU FOR THE DISCOUNT Mr. manager. he is my honest review of your store... not coming back!

  I visited this UPS store to return an Amazon package, and unfortunately, my experience was very disappointing. The staff was rude and made the process unnecessarily complicated. After waiting in line, I was told I needed a printed label. When I asked for help, they said I would be charged for printing and as I had two packages which need to return together they tried to sell me tape instead of help. This was frustrating because at other stores, staff usually help make the return process simple and even assist with packing if needed. Finally I came back without returning my package
