He helped me in a more efficient and friendly manner than anyone who works in the office FT — shout out to him! Otherwise, this place mostly sucks and so does everyone else working here.

It always says the driver is on the way then the time window changes then says undeliverable will try next day. Last time it took 3 days to get it. Can't call customer service cause there out of a different country and can't do crap. I'm about to tell the company to use a different carrier. Fed ex is the worse in Maple Grove.
