They were saying it was some problem with the address. They verify the address everything was correct after that nobody could explain why they did not deliver the package, but they told me I can go pick it up at my “ convenience”. I had to go to get it 45 minutes in traffic to get to Maple grove. I went in and a very unpleasant fellow told me that if I don’t have a tracking number, he can’t help me. Finally when I told him that I just talked to him 45 minutes ago, he said “oh let me get the package.” I asked for the manager, and the manager simply refused to talk to me. I requested to call me. It was seven days ago and nobody bothered to call. My question is why do we pay these people for a service that we don’t get? The only thing I can do about it to write a review to let everybody know how terrible they are and hope that sooner or later someone will do something about it. This was a third time that I had to drive 45 minutes to pick up my package that it was supposed to be delivered by FedEx and getting disrespected by their employees
