They closes at 7 and they refuses to print one single document because it was 6:15 and they said it was not possible to print my document (12 - 36x48 sheets) in less than 45 minutes. I asked them to print just one sheet and it took less than 2 minutes... when I asked them to print the other 11, they wanted to charge me a rush fee just because it was almost closing time.

They also didn’t have the correct printing paper for me when I came in a type C USB. Finally one of the guy figured out that they had it the entire time. Not a big deal, but never looking forward coming here.

Additionally, every visit to this location involved some sort of problem related to packaging requirements, along with persistent upselling of shipping labels, boxes, or add-ons. And every time I just go to another location and there is no problem. Overall, the experience has been frustrating and inconsistent. Avoid FedEx and better yet, avoid this location.
