Paid extra for priority shipping and it’s been over a week + delays. Cannot even call to schedule a pick up, let alone complain to this gutter garbage company.

She repeatedly just replied with "I don't Know" and the second time she called backs she hung up on me before I could even say anything. It is literally her job to help customers so maybe she should learn something or be retrained. I also really could have gone without the attitude. It really shows how unprofessional they are as a business to allow their admin to speak to customers like that.
