- MBMary Grace BaehmanDec 16, 20241.0Very unpleasant clerk turned away packages that needed to go out for soldiers overseas because they are too busy on Mondays to receive them. We had been offered to leave our card and the packages prior and they will filter through them when able. She clearly was informed of this because she followed it with "well not on Mondays." It isn't our job to rearrange our complete schedules to drop boxes off around their time. We came within business operational hours. Mind you that all forms are filled out correctly and placed with correct packages etc. I believe her name is Alicia.

I hope they can get it worked out, for themselves and for the costumes sake. Truthfully I miss our old neighborhood carrier!
