Went to facility which he was still out on the road. Proceeded to wait to obtain mail at home. Mail delivery resulted in argument after he stated that he had been bit twice before by a dog so since my dog was inside my house he was afraid to knock. My chihuahua mix gets restrained every time mail gets delivered. He grew irate and snatched scanner out of my hand and tried to leave without giving me my mail. Interaction ended with me contacting local police to escort me to mail facility to obtain mail after I showed him the video I took.
