Today for example we were waiting on a package and they dropped the normal mail but didn’t drop the package. Then said she couldn’t access out door. How do you leave normal mail but not drop off our package. This is the third time we have had issues with our mail getting dropped off

I own a business and I ship a lot so I know them pretty well there. There is one lady who is a very grouchy, rather rude smells of cigarettes and looks like she tans way to often. The other two ladies are extremely nice and easy to work with. It's a small time post office so don't expect city service in a farming community.
