- TJTadd JohnsonMar 21, 20261.0While they got the job done: (representing buyer of another broker on my listing, I did not personally use them - just got stuck with them. They sent a surveyor over to my clients house with ZERO heads up - neither agent of the transaction knew, the client didn’t know. My client called me very confused and worried. I never even got a reply from the company when I inquired. Of course, we have allowed it, But a notification and estimated window of time is necessary. Scared my client half to death because a strange man was banging on her door and peeking in her windows. And then what you attempted to do for a referral fee on the brokerage side - let the broker handle it, not your lane. Now the checks are all messed up. I would never recommend my clients utilize these services.
