The woman at the desk went above & beyond in helping us pack it up in the hopes of it arriving safely. There wasn’t a box that it fit well in but we were able to make it work with her assistance. Grateful for the help and kindness!

When I asked about the recent pile of UPS drop-offs he said he wasn't going to check all of them. When I asked when he would, he said, "when I feel like it". A woman standing behind me in line me followed me to KwikTrip just to ask if we knew each other because of the way he talked to me.
