I own a business and they don't deliver because apparently my house is inaccessible due to road construction. Yet FedEx delivers just fine. I spend thousands with the post office every year, this location needs to be shut down. The post office is supposed to check every mailbox, but they act like they can never get out of their vehicle. Sheer laziness all the way to the top. Stay as far away as possible and look at the 1.7/5 speaks words for this worthless organization.

One delivery to the next is never the same approach or attempt with these people. This has been an on going problem for almost a year now with the Kenyon post office. One time if the package doesn't fit in the mail box, they bring it back to the house, we take the mail from the delivery driver. The next time they wouldn't even try and drop it at the house. We just would find a slip in our mail box that said attempted delivery and no one was home, and we were in the house! Or there new one is unable to access the mail box. And now tonight they thought it was a good idea to drop our mail and package out in our driveway. The delivery driver never even got out of his vehicle! Fresh snow tells the story pretty clear. And today is the day we should have gotten a slip in our mail box! We have had numerous conversations with the post office about deliveries and the damaged packages from the dogs. When asked about reimbursements they tell us they can't reimburse us, we have to file a claim. They use our dogs as an excuse to not deliver a package one time and yet the next time they just drop it in our driveway, why? Getting a good delivery of any packages with this post office is just about impossible! We would just like to see the mail delivered the same everytime. Something I feel like we can and should expect from our post office. Jason
